Tara Gurung Black led the reconstruction of the Armala School in her home village of Armala in Kaski District of Nepal. The roof was damaged and in general the school was in run-down condition, unfit for students to learn in.

We have also supported ailing Gurung and other Nepalese who need assistance with catastrophic medical bills, the clean-up of Swayambhu Temple, and the all-women Nepali mountain climbing group.
